We are just beginning cold season here in the Quad Cities. There is nothing that warms you better than a nice bowl of homemade soup. Sometimes it is challenging deciding what recipes to make, but we are here to help with that! In this class, we will be covering a number of recipes that can be made to fit any diet. Soup is perfect for making in big batches and saving for later!
Try a new twist to beef stew.
Feijoada is a Brazilian beef stew that is full of exotic and delicious flavors. Bump up your beef stew to the next level by incorporating some traditional ingredients! The flavor of this soup comes from the seared beef along with kielbasa (polish sausage). Poblano peppers, beef broth, tomatoes, orange juice, and black beans round out this healthy and hearty stew.
